50 years old, Graduated from ESME Sudria (1984) as an Engineer in Electronics Alfonso has managed several Telecom projects as Project Director for 12 years on several technical environments such as mainframes (Bull Mini 6, GCOS ), Unix or Windows. Joined Microsoft France 16 years ago and has worked on diverse environments:

· Product Manager on several technologies including Exchange, Windows Server, Office, SQL Server, Internet servers between 1995 and 2001.
· Director, Technical Sales on Large Accounts segment - 2001 to 2004
· Director, Large accounts marketing - 2004 to 2007
