Benjamin Jean works as a legal adviser (within law firms and companies) and is involved in several working teams about open source governance and/or open source licensing (FniLL, Syntec Informatique, etc.). He's writing a thesis on Open Source and teach IP in several Masters.

He coorganized the First European Opensource Lawyers Event and is working on the EOLE conferences cycle.
