Biographies of Living Persons (BLP) and Wikipedia by Ting Chen
While Wikipedia grew, it becomes more and more to the first place where people search for information. As an open and online Encyclopedia, it can include informations that are not significant enough for the classic printed Encyclopedias. Less notable entities are also less likely to be checked on their accuracy. This is especially problematic for biography of living person. To overcome this problem, we need combined effort from the community to the board of trustees.
