Alain Keravel
EOLE laboratory , HEC ( France)
Alain Keravel graduated from ENSAM, the HEC MBA and has completed a degree in clinical psychology at Paris VII. After 20 years of operational career in new technologies, he joined the Department of Management and Human Resources at HEC. He currently heads the EOLE laboratory at HEC on applied research on innovation, and is a member of the steering committee of the MBA of HEC. His research and expertise include: Coaching changes related to technological innovation, emerging forms of work organization. He is involved in many programs for executives and managers, particularly in the field of hospital management. He is a co-author of the book "business management and cultural arts."
