Involved in Open Source Software integration since the beginning of his studies, Philippe-Arnaud HARANGER integrated the Open Source Center of Atos one year ago. Deeply concern about Open Source Governance and legal related issues, he realised a broad spectrum analysis of the different scanning software analysis tools that concluded on the need of a more structural solution.
