Employment needs of the open source industry. What are the most requested profiles/skills ? How much work is available now and in five years?

§ Introduction concerning the state of play of employment in the Open Source sector in France
§ A software vendor, an Open Source Company, an IT manager of a big company, a student involved in the Open Source, a recruiter, an institutional representative (competitiveness pole, “pôle emploi”, …) 
 Objectives :
§ Encourage companies and formal education to reassert the value of the profession of programmer, in order to stem the outsourcing of production code
§ Create a “background noise” in order to make young people choose the open source industry
