What FLOSS actors should be asking their governments, and how to advocate it.

With an election year coming in France, it is the right time for FLOSS actors to get their act together and challenge all candidates and parties,  asking them to take stands on the issues that matter to free software advocates.   Time also to list the most immediate and critical of these issues.   Associations will discuss how to be heard and make a difference.
