Jonathan Le Lous is PhD Candidate on the Management Resarch Center of the Toulouse University – Graduate School of Management. He finished his PhD this year after three years of work. This is the first presentation of his work.
His research concerns the ecosystem of IT service businesses and the value chain of service in the open source environment.
In parallel, he works since seven years in open source. He has labeled and animated the first official French cluster, Intelli’N, and launched and livened up the open source webtv www.intelli-n.tv (200 video and 200 000 visits). He is participating actively at the French freesoftware and open source community (Blog and local LUG event).
