Walter van Holst, IT legal consultant with Mitopics and currently seconded part-time to the Netherlands open in Connection programme group. Walter has been practicing law with a focus on IT-law with Mitopics for over eight years now and is mostly involved in drafting and negotiating IT contracts, either from a procuring perspective or from a vendor’s perspective. He has both a law degree and a degree in business administration. Prior to becoming a IT legal consultant he worked In the telecoms industry as an IT analyst with Logica.
