Xavier Carcelle
Xavier Carcelle is an Engineer in Network and Telecom. Currently he is responsible for the R&D at Avencall in its Puteaux location (near Paris). Previously, he worked on several IP-Telecom-Network projects in France and in the US, most recently on CPL technology and on the wireless network. He has been a Research Engineer at EDF and he is the author of two books “Réseaux CPL” (Eyrolles, 2006) and “PowerLine Communications in practice” (ArtechHouse, 2008).
