Francois has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, mostly in the area of services. In 1994, after four years at KPMG's IT Consulting practice in Paris, he took part in the creation of Sun Microsystems Professional Services business unit, focusing on large systems integration projects, then led the PS activities of Sun France from 1999 to 2002. He also created and managed the EMEA PS division of Mapics, an ERP software company - now part of Infor - from 2002 to 2004. He joined JBoss in 2005 to launch its services and support activities in EMEA. After Red Hat's acquisition, Francois led JBoss' worldwide Support group within Red Hat Global Support Services. Since mid-2008, Francois was in charge of a new program to create a worldwide network of support partners for Red Hat's Linux and JBoss divisions.
