Jean Millerat is a social entrepreneur and owner of wecena.com. Wecena turns idle consultants from IT firms (bench time or "intercontrat") into temporary but full-time "pro bono" volunteers for nonprofit causes and communities. Jean previously led the French Motorola Labs research team dedicated to semantic web, machine reasoning and machine learning applied to mobile devices and networks. He earlier championed open source technologies at the Fortune Global 200 Saint-Gobain company as he was leading the corporate IT group for web applications and electronic identity architectures.
