Jean-Yves Reynaud has been in the IT software business for 23 years. After several years managing projects teams mostly in telecom for small IT companies, he joined EDS in 2003. He conducted change at EDS for 5 years where he lead the Linux and Open Source Community (800+ members), EDSource, EDS awarded program aimed at applying FOSS Development practices within EDS, and EDS FOSS Governance body. Being EDS Open Source Lead Technologist, he has the opportunity to represent EDS at HP FOSS governance organization.He spent 14 months at Linagora, a leading FOSS company in France, as Delivery Executive, managing geeks and delivering FOSS to clients. He recently joined Sierra Wireless, the leading provider of wireless solutions where he is driving the AirVantage team, Sierra's best-in-class machine-to-machine solutions. On the side, he is providing advice for Asian FOSS companies and he tries to keep up with his personal coaching activity and vice presidence of Toulouse Olympique XIII Rugby League Club. He lives in Toulouse, SW of France, with his family.
