L'événement associé Education, animé par Jean-Pierre Archambault (CNDP-CRDP de Paris, coordonnateur du pôle de compétences logiciels libres du SCEREN) comporte :
1) Deux présentations croisées de La Poule ou l'Oeuf, application Web d'édition de livres papier et électronique, et de Scénari, suite logicielle libre de conception de chaînes éditoriales numériques permettant la création de documents multimédia à usage professionnel
2) Un point sur OLPC/Sugar, « un portable par enfant »
3) Une table ronde sur La mise à disposition des ressources, l'indexation, la production collaborative, le droit d'auteur et l'exception pédagogique.

14.00-16.00	Animée par Jean-Pierre Archambault, CNDP-CRDP de Paris, Coordonateur du pôle de compétences Logiciels Libres du SCEREN Intervenants : - Daniel Caillibaud, Concepteur-développeur d'edulibre.org - Estelle Ferlay, Documentaliste au CRDP de Paris - Yves Hulot, Professeur d'Education Musicale - Bernard Lang, Membre du CSPLA (Conseil Supérieur de la Propriété Littéraire et Artistique) Il y a les ressources pédagogiques que se procurent les enseignants, éditées à des fins explicitement pédagogiques ou matériaux bruts non conçus initialement pour des usages scolaires, mais y trouvant naturellement leur place, comme une œuvre musicale ou une reproduction de tableau. Les premières, réalisées par des enseignants, posent la question de nouveaux modèles économiques pour l’édition scolaire. Les secondes celle de l’exception pédagogique, c'est-à-dire d'une libre utilisation pour une utilisation éducative pour tous sans but lucratif. Dans un cas comme dans l'autre, l'approche du libre fait partie du paysage. Il y a également les ressources produites directement par les enseignants, élaborées dans des processus collaboratifs qui appellent nécessairement des réponses en termes de droits d’auteur de nature à permettre et favoriser l’échange par une circulation fluide des documents. Là encore, le libre est bien présent comme le montre par exemple l'association Sésamath avec ses nombreuses réalisations, notamment des manuels scolaires. L'édition scolaire, qui concerne le très vaste public que constituent les elèves et les enseignants, est un cas particulier des enjeux sociétaux liés à la production, la diffusion, l'appropriation et la maîtrise des données et des biens de connaissance dans le contexte du numérique.

Jean-Pierre Archambault, Associate Professor of Mathematics, CNDP-CRDP of Paris

Associate professor of mathematics, Jean-Pierre Archambault is working at the CNDP-CRDP of Paris, where he is responsible for the repository of Free Software, and manages the centre of competency for Free Software SCEREN. He has participated at the pilot phases of the development of IT in education at the Créteil Academy. He is the author of a number of papers on the pedagogical usages of ICT and has published quite a few articles focussing on various societal issues linked to ICT. He has also published the book « De la télématique à Internet » with CNDP.

Bastien Guerry, Postdoc student at the Centre Interdisciplinaire de Recherche, University of Paris Descartes, France

Bastien Guerry has graduated in cognitive science. He worked for the One Laptop Per Child foundation, helping with the deployment of the XO laptops in Haïti back in 2008. He co-founded OLPC France, a french NGO dedicated to help France and french-speaking countries use these ICT resources the best way possible. He is also active in Sugar Labs, the foundation developing the free software Sugar, a learning platform for primary school.
Bastien Guerry is currently a postdoc student at the Centre Interdisciplinaire
de Recherche at the University of Paris Descartes, France.

Bernard Lang, Research Director, INRIA, Paris

Bernard Lang is Research director at INRIA, the Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique. His scientific works concerned the programming languages, the software engineering and the analysis of the natural language. Since a dozen years he is interested in the new models of creation and distribution(broadcasting) opened by the works in the context of the complete dematerialization allowed by the digitalization and the Internet, in particular as regards the software and the scientific literature. He contributes to become known these new paradigms thanks to diverse associations, in particular the AFUL (French-speaking Association of the Users of Linux and Freeware) a vice-president of which he is, and also as member of the CSPLA, the Upper Council of the Literary and artistic Property.

Daniel Caillibaud , Concepteur Développeur, edulibre.org

Daniel Caillibaud est le concepteur/développeur d'edulibre.org, forge documentaire dédiée aux contenus éducatifs libres. Cela reprend le principe des forges logicielles en l'adaptant aux documents, avec une production et une validation collaborative des contenus, gestion des variantes, etc.
Après 5 ans d'enseignement (PLP2 math/sciences), il s'est tourné vers le multimédia éducatif à la fin des années 90, puis vers l'édition scolaire (webmaster puis reponsable de la production multimédia des éditions Didier). Il est désormais freelance avec plus de temps pour le développement d'edulibre.

Stéphane Crozat, Professor, University of Technology, Compiègne, France

Stéphane Crozat is an engineer and a doctor in computing, professor (teaching and research) at the University of Technology of Compiègne since 2002, he assumes the technological direction of the innovation unit ICS. He is a co-inventor in 1999 of the environment of conception of editorial chains(channels) Scenari and responsible for the scenari-platform.org community of the users of Scenari. In 2007, he publishes at Eyrolles, "Scenari, the free editorial chain", first consumer book on this theme. Specialist of the engineering of the digital documents, he assures the link between the theoretical research, the real manners and the computing developments.

Yves Hulot, Music Teacher, Paris

Fully qualified teacher of musical Education on the Paris Academy, having had an experience(experiment) of trainer with the primary school teachers to the IUFM (French School of Education) of the university of Cergy-Pontoise, also awarded a diploma by the ESSEC.

"I am particularly interested in an interdisciplinary and cultural approach of the education of the music. The use of the digital technologies in my teaching drove me to militate so that the legal frame of copyright and similar rights in the field of the education is the most adequate.

I created the blog http:// blog.arsmusicae.info to give evidence of this approach.

Chloë Girard et David Dauvergne

David Dauvergne (awarded a diploma by the art college of Reims and programmer) and Chloé Girard (independent project officer and webmaster, awarded a diploma in biology, philosophy and history of science) works together since 2006 on the development of "La Poule ou l'Oeuf, the Web application of edition of books, outdone in the lounge Paris Capitale of the Free 2008 in the category "Best project of innovation and free realized development " (Lutetia of Gold). In March 2008 they create the association The Complexes.

Project "La Poule ou l'Oeuf" answers the necessity of offering to the authors and the editors of knowledges of type deliver, structurally different from the other orders of speech (Web, note, column, articles), a Web tool of production and exploitation dedicated and professional, meeting the needs of publication paper as in the imperatives of semantic structuralization and evolutionary sharing of the knowledges in network.

Estelle Ferlay

Documentaliste au CRDP de Paris et collaboratrice de Mostick, Estelle Ferlay considère le libre comme posture fondamentale d'une société ouverte et démocratique et essentiel aux principes d'éducation et de culture. Elle travaille sur les problématiques liées à l'architecture de l'information et s'intéresse au web et aux mutations socio-culturelles que ses technologies portent.
