Call for conferences submissions

The Open World Forum is an open event. Our aim is to bring together the leading players worldwide in Information Technology and Open Source, to share ideas and initiatives, and to stimulate innovation and business within and through Free, Libre and Open Source Software (FLOSS).

Are you a member of a FLOSS community or business, a thought-leader, academic, researcher or expert in a field related to FLOSS. Would you like to give a presentation on a particular topic related to FLOSS?

Do you have a radical new insight or viewpoint on economic, technological or social trends relating to FLOSS?
 Apply to give a 20-minute presentation as part of the FLOSS VISION track. This track will be dedicated to presenting original views on FLOSS trends and impact. Speeches will be filmed and uploaded to the Open World Forum video Web site (to be launched at the Forum), and will be available for viewing after the event.

Are you a start-up offering innovative FLOSS technologies or services?
 Take part in the FLOSS Innovation Summit and:
- Present and promote your technology to Innovation Clusters, decision-makers and investors
- Apply for our FLOSS Innovation Awards, which are designed to honor the ten most innovative FLOSS start-ups for 2009.
