Welcome to the registration page! By completing the form below, you will request an invitation to the Open World Forum. The Open World Forum is FREE to Free/Open Source stakeholders (community leaders and experts, analysts, researchers, decision makers interested in leveraging Open Source/open innovation, government representatives, etc.), including conference materials and receptions/meals. Due to the limited number of possible participants, attendees requesting invitations may be selected through a review process. However, we try to welcome as many delegates as possible. All Free/Open Source stakeholders are warmly invited to join us at the Open World Forum.

Full Name

Enter full name, e.g. John Smith.

User Name (Required)

Enter a user name, usually something like 'jsmith'. No spaces or special characters. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, make sure the caps lock key is not enabled. This is the name used to log in.

E-mail (Required)

Enter an email address. This is necessary in case the password is lost. We respect your privacy, and will not give the address away to any third parties or expose it anywhere.

A URL will be generated and e-mailed to you; follow the link to reach a page where you can change your password and complete the registration process.
