Sebastien Douche is the technical director (CTO) of SecurActive. After some years in a service company, Sebastien goes back to his first job in participating to the development of innovative software by a french editors. He is an agile coach, but he accumulates roles as in charge of R&D and technical director. Specialised since 5 years on organizational efficiency, he is really enthousiastic in Lean and works hardly on the transformation of the firm into an “organization lead by flow”.
